Julia Ariete has done a six week Workshop with Mvelisi Mvandaba in 2022 and been thought voice acting by Grant Swanby in 2023 with Act Cape Town.

In 2018, she voiced a young Indian girl in the animated film White Fang, directed by Alexandre Espigares. Since then, Julia has been lending her voice to numerous radio commercials in various languages.
